About the event
Step into a snow globe of festive cheer as The People's Pub transforms into a twinkling winter wonderland - complete with roaring fires, a hearty roast Christmas feast, mulled wine, carols, and the nostalgic magic of a proper Christmas - just a little earlier in the year! We'll even have a visit from Santa himself.
Your ticket includes:
Welcome drink
Three course traditional Christmas feast (stretchy waistbands optional but recommended)
Secret Santa gift exchange - $10 recommended maximum, op shop treasures are the best kind.
This is a private event, and you will have the run of the pub - the day feels like a cozy, relaxed, family Christmas. Grab your mates, grab your whānau, and grab a table.

This is your ticket for the Midwinter Christmas event at the Welsh Dragon Bar. Please present a paper or online copy on the day. Your ticket includes a welcome drink and a Christmas feast. We can't wait to see you there! Cancellations more than 72 hours before the event will be fully refunded. Cancellations within 72 hours of the event will receive a 50% refund. Please note: we cannot cater for any dietary requirements other than vegetarian and vegan.
